Shipping & Returns

All our items are sent by overnight courier so next working day delivery is guaranteed between the hours of 9am and 5pm.**
This also provides a tracking service so we can locate the whereabouts and progress of your parcel at any time.
 
Charges are as follows for mainland UK only:
 
1. £6.00 - Small items that fit into our mail packs up to A3 size and weigh less than 5kg - For example: Reels, accessories.
 
2. £8.00 - All other items - Rods, seatboxes etc - large bulky items up to 20kg.
 
3. A surcharge is levied of 25p/kg for every kilo that exceeds 20kg.
 
*Please note: An offshore service is available but the above rates will be subject to a variable surcharge based on destination. The customer will be informed of this extra charge once they have submitted their postcode.

All orders placed before 2pm will be delivered next working day. Orders after 2pm will be dispatched the following day.**

**During the months of June to September. October to May, all orders placed after 2pm on a Wednesday will be dispatched on the Friday of that week.
