How long will my parcel take to arrive?

We anticipate that you will receive your order 2 to 7 days from our receipt of same order.If you do not receive within the above time scale, please phone us to enable us to contact the couriers to confirm the loss of the parcel. We will send out a duplicate order as soon as possible.

What do I do if I do not like what I have ordered and do not want it?

We are pleased to exchange any goods supplied correctly by us, but now unwanted or unsuitable, to you as long as they are unused, and in their original packaging, and returned with the receipt within 21 days of delivery. No postage will be refunded in this instance. The above only applies to goods purchased from us and with the receipt.Any refund, by us will be the same method as was used to make the purchase (e.g. Purchase by credit card will be refunded to the same card).

What do I do if my parcel and contents are damaged?

Faulty goods and goods sent in error, should be returned to us, in their original packaging and with the receipt, within 21 days of delivery. We will refund in full the price paid and the return postage, providing the above procedure is carried out.

Is there any other way of ordering besides online?

We do also offer a callback service, whereby you supply only your name and daytime phone number. We then phone you for your details. The cardholders full name and address must be supplied at all times when ordering including the postcode. You can phone us to place an order or fax us.

What do I do if I need advice or do not know which item to choose?

Phone the shop and Neil will be happy to speak to you to try and help or advise on any of our products.

What If you haven't got the item, that I order?

With ever changing stock levels, it is inevitable that form time to time, an item may be out of stock. In this instance we will do our best to contact and advise you of this, you can then decide and advise us if you wish for a substitute item or wish to cancel the order.You can indicate your preference when you place the order.
